Part one, yes -- there is another pat to this outfit {but I wanted to draw the basic}. The other part is a jacket.
Lavi's is orange and not red like Kanda's.
His shirt is paint splattered {though it's not necessary}, and is the same style as the one he wears in D. Gray Man.
The holster for his hammer is around his waist like a belt.
He has his weird half-gloves as well as an abundance of bracelets.
